1. Services Offered

Pure Element provides:

Virtual somatic integration and healing sessions

In-person retreats (including group, couples, and team formats)

Spiritual guidance and embodiment work

Meditation facilitation (in-person and virtual)

All services are offered by Nikki Simmington, Certified Somatic Integration Practitioner and Mind-Body Healing Facilitator.

2. Payments & Bookings

Retreat Deposits:
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at a retreat. Final payment must be made by the deadline provided in your confirmation email.

Virtual Sessions:
Payment is required in full before your session unless other terms are agreed upon in writing.

Accepted Payments:
Payments are accepted via PayPal or direct invoice. A secure PayPal payment link is provided on the website for retreats.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Retreat deposits are non-refundable, unless the retreat is canceled by Pure Element.

Virtual session cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

Missed or late appointments will not be refunded.

4. Use of Website

By using this website, you agree not to:

Misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access

Reproduce or copy content without permission

Violate any local, state, or international laws

All content is copyright-protected by Pure Element and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

5. Wellness Disclaimer

Pure Element services are intended for emotional and spiritual support and do not replace licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. By participating, you confirm you are responsible for your own well-being.

You must be 18+ to participate or have written consent from a parent or guardian.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, session materials, and retreat structures are the intellectual property of Nikki Simmington / Pure Element and may not be duplicated, shared, or distributed.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved according to these laws.
